Family and Friends

This past week, my grandmother was in town on her yearly visit and had the opportunity to meet both the newest member of the family (my niece, Maggie) and the next soon-to-be member of the family, Philip.

We also finally got the first batch of engagement announcements printed, so those should go out soon.

In other wedding planning news... well... there really isn't any. i still haven't decided on a dress either for me or for my MOH. We are looking at venues but haven't really found one that we both love that is an appropriate size. i'm trying to put off thinking about the actual invitations until next year but it seems such an easy thing to do and then have 'done' or 'ready' except that we don't have a venue and so can't really even put an exact date on it. (though we do have a date that we'd like already picked out) The friend who is throwing my bachelorette party has it all planned out already though, so that should be on crazy night, knowing her. i'm looking forward to it. :D

I really appreciate all of the help and support i've gotten from my friends during the last 6 months. You really have been invaluable, keeping me from going insane or from getting stuck because there are so many choices to make. You all rock.
